I get it now: the Libs are closing off our God-given rights, as they are uncontrollable by the government, and opening up new "rights" that can be manipulated and controlled by them.

No one is denied access per se, if you can not afford an apartment, alone or with a group, there are homeless shelters.
If you choose to live on the street instead of any of the alternatives, well, there's the choice you made.

This is true. Why just last weekend, 34 people in Chicago suffered from lead poisoning, and 6 of them died.
