A man from Huntsville takes a stroll through a Huntsville, TX Wa-mart with an AR-15 slung over his back and makes it to the sporting goods dept where he is met by employee's of Uncle Wallys and one who very unfriendly like tells him he has got to leave the store immediately. Watch and see how it goes.

He’s breaking the law. There is no ‘open carry’ law in Texas. Is he nuts? Or just trying to get his 15 seconds of ‘fame’.

Yes it is legal to open carry a long gun in Texas. You can’t open carry a handgun.

Ooops! It can't be both. You can't break a law where there is no law to break. Individual rights do not need to be enumerated or granted. They are inalienable. Thus, only a law can abridge or infringe that right.

That dude is an idiot. Not only is he just trying to provoke reaction he’s setting him self up to get shot by a trigger happy cop.

This does nothing to promote responsible gun owners, it harms our cause.

You can open carry a long gun in Texas, provided that it is unloaded.

Open carry frightens the average citizen. Bad idea.

Rosea Parks should have just sat in the back of the bus. Would have made life a lot easier.

Heck everyone brings AR-15`s, 30-30`s, 30 06`s etc into the bars here all the time during hunting season. It`s the common practice here -

..These people are out of touch with reality and their own country.
