A 10-year-old girl was arrested for the alleged rape of a 4-year-old boy in Houston, but the mother of girl says the incident was innocent.
“She was just being a child, having fun and playing,” the mom told KHOU. “She didn’t know she was doing anything wrong.”

Missing is any indication this mother is being investigated and the child-predator committed for counseling and rehabilitation, if not too late

Who called the police? What did they actually witness? Where did the incident take place — parking lot, corridor, inside an apartment?
In all probability, however, the child was emulating behavior she had actually witnessed between adults or seen on TV.
Spank her ass good and make sure that her home environment is suitable for children. This does not belong in court.
I would hope the mother started teaching *her daughter* what kind of touching is inappropriate and harmful. Child’s play is one thing, these hyper- sexualized children are in trouble. As soon as my kids were old enough to clean the areas covered by underwear, I explained no one was to be touching there.. ever. Not even us parents. I know that may sound extreme, but those are the years life lessons stick. Then they loose their minds temporarily in the teens..
