I read somewhere that there is outrage only when a thug or not-very-reputable male is murdered and/or beaten (and usually a minority member). I am trying to recall of rioting in the past 10 or 20 years over a woman or child killed. The closes I can think is the Casey Anthony case.

So then the younger one pled guilty to the murder in order to save his older brother from being tried as an adult and facing a much longer sentence.

Aggravated manslaughter? Wow. That little piece of filth plead down to a lesser charge than Zimmerman was allowed to. The prosecutors in that case were intent on murder charges.
He’ll be out of prison shortly after he turns 30, and that’s assuming they keep him for that long.
That’s really illustrative of the double-standard in our nation. Violent thug youths are given a virtual pass to murder and abuse our children, but defending yourself against a violent assault by one of these murderous thug youths will get you hauled in to a kangaroo court for a show trial.
These two monsters will have lots of good years of thuggery left to them when they get out.
