Newly uncovered video shows Lois Lerner discussing the political pressure that swirled around the IRS in 2010. Lerner says "everyone" was "screaming at" the IRS to stop the flood of money pouring into the 2010 elections through 501(c)(4) groups as a result of Citizens United. Lerner spoke to a small group at Duke´s Sanford School of Public Policy on October 19, 2010, just two weeks before the wave election that brought the Tea Party and Republicans significant gains in Congress. During her appearance Lerner was asked about the flow of money from corporations to 501(c)(4) groups.

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
BTTT
If Barry Soetoro didn’t get his second term, a lot of government bureaucrat heads were going to roll.
So, is this babe gonna spill the beans or is she gonna still claim the unwarranted 5th rights?
“Pressure from everywhere”??? Maybe she could be more specific??
Wow! On the one hand she says she couldn’t do anything about C4s right now, yet on the other she implicitly acknowledges that conservative C4s were a political problem!
They crucified Christ on less evidence than this!
It would not be a stretch to say it’s clear that a bunch of political hacks in the White Hut (including Obama himself!) got together to try to “solve” the conservative C4 issue by keeping anymore of them from forming at all!
And she admits that "they" were applying pressure for the IRS to "stop the money".
And we know that she cooperated, to the best of her ability.
So, the question becomes, "Who is 'they'?"
At some point, she'll be granted immunity and testify -- first, via deposition, later in a public hearing.
There appear to be ongoing negotiations on this very subject. But there won't be a deal until the committee has gathered the testimony of her subordinates, superiors and other associates -- essentially "surrounded" her, so that they already know pretty much what she can testify to.
Understand that Lerner isn't a target of the investigation -- though she probably deserves her own orange jump suit. Instead, she's a doorway to the ringleaders...
Give her immunity and she will lie lie lie with impunity
Immunity provides no protection against perjury, only whatever crimes that you are testifying to.
Is there really any question?
I knew this IRS scandal was birthed in the leftist hatred of the CU decision. What’s ironic is most groups seeking the tax exempt status weren’t funded by big money. These were average citizens getting involved in politics
Boom! There it is!
Who’s everyone? Names please Lois.
“Immunity provides no protection against perjury, only whatever crimes that you are testifying to.”
Who is going to hold her accountable if she perjures herself?
1) Eric Holder?
2) The Republican House?
3) The Democrat Senate?
Lois Lerner is home free. Right now she is enjoying a paid vacation courtesy of the taxpayer. Once this blows over she’ll either be:
1) Returned to the bureaucracy where she can continue to implement the progressive agenda
2) Receive a lucrative job at a university or progressive think tank.
We should not forget both sides in Washington wanted the Tea Party gone. The Republican establishment hated the Tea Party as much as the Democrats. No politician wants to be held accountable and no political party wants supporters they cannot control. Lois Lerner is not being held accountable because everyone inside the beltway supported what she was doing. Thats why Issa didn’t create a public spectacle of forcing her to sit through hours of questioning where she pleaded the fifth over and over again.
Look for his third term.
RICO
I SAID "The dog ate my homework and YOU teacher are not allowed to challenge me with any comments or questions..." Lois Lerner
Lerner is an American disgrace, IMO.
