So, why has it taken 4 years to bring this slimy buzzard to trial? Every other court martial takes place shortly after the Article 32 hearing, usually a month or two after charges are filed.

I am completely at a loss to understand how it took so long to bring somebody who is so indisputably guilty to trial. Can anyone enlighten me?
