Scarborough Brags of 95% Conservative Rating: But What Would He Get Today?

Bashing Ted Cruz on Morning Joe today, Joe Scarborough pre-emptively defended himself against charges that he is an "MSNBC liberal" by claming for himself a "95% ACU [American Conservative Union] rating."
That might have been true 18 years ago when Scarborough was representing the conservative panhandle of Florida in Congress. But what would Scarborough's conservative rating be today, given his liberal shift on gun control, immigration amnesty and other issues?

If you get a chance to see it, there is an amazing video from Hardball in the last 1990s with Scarborough and Matthews talking about politics and the Clinton scandals. You would think you were living in a parallel universe — both were slamming Clinton. Scarborough was taking very conservative positions on issues. Matthews sounded reasonable and like a “Reagan Democrat.” The world has changed over the past 15 years — for the worse.

Republicans who work for MSNBC either were libs to begin with or they evolve that way. Morning Joe agrees with Obama most of the time it seems. He LOVES Christie.

However Scarborough was a friend of Kasich...I think they had a garage band...Kasich was a friend of Condit...didn't Scarborough and Kasich retire around this time - with Condit and Chandra Levy, God rest her soul.
