Never write when you can speak.

Never speak when you can nod.

Never nod when you can wink...

And you wonder why some of the establishment RINOs cave so easily. Can you imagine the dirt Obama has on them? Anyone could be blackmailed at anytime with this kind of ability.

I am sure this is the case with apple and windows phones too.

That’s why you have to change browsers on your phone and use one that you can disable any kind of scripting of any kind.

Gov bad

And if they don’t have anything on you, they can manufacture it.

That is a substantial problem.

think a bit more

why would they activate your mic on the off chance you might be speaking?

instead, they would install an app that would train itself on your voice over time... improving its voice to text conversion.

once it’s trained... the on-phone agent would upload text files of your conversations and anything going on in the room, with appropriate time codes. you wouldn’t have to be using the phone at the time. the agent-app would be running constantly... converting audio into tiny text blurbs easily sent to a remote server, along with identifying meta data (gps location, terminal id, etc)

and yes, i could implement this. if i could, they could... and most likely have already.

Phones should all be considered non secure communications.

As I recall during the cold war, the government had the ability to turn on phones mics when the phone receivers were replaced or hung up.

nah. they wouldn’t blackmail anyone with information they gathered...

they’d blackmail them with information they would plant

“i’m sorry senator, it looks like you’ve been running a kiddie p0rn server on your home machine.”

the accusation alone would be enough to ruin anyone

What was Watergate all about again?

And what were the improprieties in the investigation of the Weather Underground that got the criminal charges against Bil Ayers dropped?

EVERYONE is now guilty of something and the government's just trying to figure out “what” that may be.

Meanwhile Islamic terrorists (foreign and domestic) continue to attack the continental US without repercussion.

Here's a book to read that is non fiction and it was banned in Britain. I read it years ago.
