Illegal immigrant sentenced to 11 years in Saratoga Springs sexual assault

BALLSTON SPA — Antonio Lopez-Bautista, an immigrant who entered the country illegally and attacked and sexually assaulted a 67-year-old woman on the city’s west side last May, was sentenced Monday to spend a determinate sentence of 11 years in jail.After he serves the seven years, he will be deported to his native Mexico.

Lopez-Bautista, a 19-year-old resident of South Federal Street in Saratoga Springs, was convicted of attempted kidnapping, sexual abuse, two counts of assault and criminal obstructions of breathing. He was acquitted of another assault charge, first- and second-degree robbery and attempted rape.

Lopez-Bautista apologizes many times and asks for mercy from the judge. He also says his inebriated state, from an abundance of alcohol and cough syrup, is to blame for mistaking his victim for a political oppressor in Mexico.

The D.A. sums up very well..“He has tried to paint himself as the victim and has taken no responsibility for what he has done,” Schettino said before Lopez-Bautista was sentenced. Schettino ticked off the number of excuses Lopez-Bautista had used during the trial — a difficult and violent childhood, watching his family dog get slaughtered, alcohol abuse, political oppression in his hometown in Mexico and the long hours he spent working — which Schettino called “a litany of excuses.”

I’ve posted numerous times on this site that the 2050 projection for whites to be less than 50% of the US population is nonsense and put forth to prevent a panic or reaction. Here in NJ if you visit the “whitest” parts of the state (Sussex County, for example: farms and mountains in the NW on the PA border) you would be shocked how many Hispanics are there. My children were born around the turn of the century and the maternity wards already reflected an incredible imbalance.

Whites will no longer be a majority in this country by 2015 or 2020.

I don’t think of it so much as a “whites vs. others” thing, but more of an influx of ILLEGALS at such a high rate that even tiny towns far from the Mexican border have been invaded. How do they even find these obscure little towns?? There is no hope whatsoever that they will assimilate and adopt “American” values. And the rapists among them don’t even have respect for elderly women or young girls.

I’m guessing an informal jobs network is what brings them to these places. The anchor babies assimilate, unless they are raised in barrios that are 100% Mexican.
