When my ancestors arrived here from Holland in 1623 the United States was aready a “developing country”
and the Holland they left back in Europe had one of the most successful economic and business systems in the world...
Meanwhile since 700 AD Moslem countries have yet to start to develop...

Add Africa to the question of why are they stuck in reverse.
