Everything old is new again! Can’t they come up with a new idea?

I wonder what a raindrop feels like when hit at 4,000 mph, even when inside a vacuum tube?

No way I’d do that.
But Scotty could beam me up.

Zero carbon footprint.
But only for the special people.
Like the special people in the US Congress
who really belong on the Moon for all the useless
“good” they do while groveling to Communists
and al Qaeda as they destroy Freedom.

I would LOVE to volunteer most members of this administration for the first few test runs.

I can envision a lot of bad things happening with this idea.

Probably feels like being shot with a .22-250 at point blank range.

Will the three-mile track be circular or straight?
Either way, 4000 mph around a mileish-diameter corner would result in quite a bit of radial g force, but probably less than accelerating and decelerating 0-4000mph-0 in a straight line.
Me, I like vacuum tubes in my stereo.
