Yes Kennedy was the 3rd consolation prize after the rotten Dems did a character assassination on Judge Robert Bork. He's another see-saw nuanced 'conservative' just like Sandra Day O'connor. For your edification, a Supreme Court Justice is there NOT to decide moral or immoral, right or wrong, but what is Constitutional.
Checking their Catholic, Jewish, Protestant and ethnicity (remember the “wise Latina” quip?) at the door to the Supreme Courts is required.
