It doesn't matter what's in it.

When they enforce it, they'll just make it up as they go along.

They key is page 36:

“Notwithstanding paragraph 1, NOTHING in this bill shall require the Secretary to install any fencing if they determine that in their opinion it’s not really necessary”

Or words to that effect, that’s not verbatim

This entire thing is a sham. Hopefully enough folks read page 36 before Monday

While I have not read the immigration text , I understand there is a provision for amnesty for an immigrant who uses a false identity , or uses another’s social security number.
If true , doesn’t that render the “birther issue ‘ and false/stolen “social security number” as legally moot ?

Wouldn’t that sorta be like a religious person involved in sex abuse absolving themself, and thus forgiving his own sins .. ?

Personally, I think we should ask 10 questions of each of the Congress Critters about what is in the bill before they are allowed to vote on it !
We need to corroborate that they understand it before casting any vote , like what we didn’t do for ODumboCare !!

You are laboring under the delusion that they answer to us.

They don't.

We need a law that before a bill can be voted on it must be read out loud. I am torn between requiring senators and congressmen read read the bill in the own venues. Or have 8th and 9th graders. This supposedly the national ave. reading levels.grades reads the bills. The 8th & 9th graders would be faster. If we use SEIU workers between breaks, lunches and days off we might never pass a bill over two pages again. Unless it included their pay raise.

We need recall laws that are a capital offense! If a few were executed for their lies stealing and treason, we would have a different Washington ball game.

The last four lines of p. 35 and the first few lines of p. 36, yep.
And didja notice ‘initial funding’ at the end of p.36?
$44,600,000,000.00!
They don’t want to build anything that will actually deter anyone, like what most of us have in our backyards. No, it can be scaled but you would think that with over 44 billion dollars they could install an Israeli wall from San Diego to Harlingen.
But no, the Act specifically says, “Don’t. Have. To. Do. It.”

No, Nappy probably has lots of things planned for that kind of swag.
Not securing the border from people trying to get in, for securing those of us already in.
BO,HICA!

So the US is sold for some fish, so to speak. Rotten fish would be most symbolic.

The kickbacks for Alaska's canneries and the despicable duo that represents that state are another part of this monstrosity.

The Center for Immigration Studies has been discussing this for a while.
