“Insider Threat Program”: How the White House is keeping federal workers quiet (YIKES!)

President Barack Obama’s unprecedented initiative, known as the Insider Threat Program, is sweeping in its reach. It has received scant public attention even though it extends beyond the U.S. national security bureaucracies to most federal departments and agencies nationwide, including the Peace Corps, the Social Security Administration and the Education and Agriculture departments. It emphasizes leaks of classified material, but catchall definitions of “insider threat” give agencies latitude to pursue and penalize a range of other conduct.

Government documents reviewed by McClatchy illustrate how some agencies are using that latitude to pursue unauthorized disclosures of any information, not just classified material. They also show how millions of federal employees and contractors must watch for “high-risk persons or behaviors” among co-workers and could face penalties, including criminal charges, for failing to report them. Leaks to the media are equated with espionage.

“Hammer this fact home . . . leaking is tantamount to aiding the enemies of the United States,” says a June 1, 2012, Defense Department strategy for the program that was obtained by McClatchy.

Naturally, imposing rationed state-controlled health care on the masses, shamelessly using murdered school children to push "gun control", threatening to suppress opposing opinion and free speech through a “fairness doctrine”, and lecturing people to "turn in" fellow citizens who may look "suspicious" perfectly fits the modus operandi of America's own 21st century Nazi party.

In other words, America’s Democrats are operating in EXACTLY the same way the original version of their party operated in Germany during the 1930s.

How, when, why and where are tools of Obots and ConcernedFreepers used to discredit Obama's incriminating documents on file with DHS. You are quoting an example of a situation I provided to a ConcernedFreeper who was worried Obama's privacy had been violated when his Certificate of Naturalization was exposed to a licensed attorney during a discussion on a legal matter.

A Certificate of Naturalization is used by an immigrant to prove citizenship. A citizen required to prove citizenship has the right to expect privacy. For example, a citizen who uses a Certificate of Naturalization to prove citizenship to the DMV has the right to expect privacy and not have that Certificate posted on the internet by a DMV clerk.

On the other hand, a Certificate of Naturalization holder can waive privacy and provide a certified copy of the document to anyone they choose. Consequently, it is viable a person could legal obtain and present a copy of Obama's Certificate of Naturalization as a rebuttal witness.

I sent the documents I had to Dr. Orly Taitz,Esq. via UPS Next Day Air. I comfirmed with Alec that the package arrived a week after I sent it.

Orly should ask her UPS route driver for the package. It’ll comfirm Obama naturalized as a US citizen in 1983.

Form SS-5 is the application for a SSN. The NUMIDENT file is a coded file of the results of an examination of the documents provided to the SSA to prove eligibility for SSN. Trained document examiners investigate and verify documents submitted by the applicant. The NUMIDENT file, available to the applicant with an application, is proof Obama filed as a permanent resident alien in 1977.

As with the Certificate of Naturalization, a SSN applicant can expect privacy as to the NUMIDENT file and can waive privacy by providing a copy of their NUMIDENT file to anyone they choose.

I expect Obots and ConcernedFreepers to be outraged I don't post Obama's NUMIDENT file for them to immediately discredit; while saying absolutely nothing about Obama posting his NUMIDENT to prove he filed as a U.S. citizen in 1977. The NUMIDENT file is available to any applicant who requests it and they can choose to publish it.

Since Obama won't publish his NUMIDENT file, an attorney needs to allege Obama filed as a permanent resident alien in a complaint. If the case gets to discovery, Obama can be subpoenaed to obtain and provide a copy of his NUMIDENT file to the plaintiff to prove the allegation.

To date; I haven't seen any attorneys allege Obama filed Form SS-5 as a permanent resident alien.

I’m an eyewitness and not the custodian of the evidence. I haven’t indicated I am the custodian,yet you continue to make demands that I produce the evidence so you may become an eyewitness.

Only the custodian of the evidence can produce it. Obama can obtain a certified copy of his Certificate of Naturalization just as easy as he obtained a certified copy of his COLB. Obama can show his Certificate of Naturalization to anyone he chooses. That doesn’t me the eyewitness has a copy of it. It means they’ve seen it and know it exists.

There is no consistent narrative here regarding the claim of a FReeper having seen or possessed an image of Barry’s alleged naturalization papers from 1983 and instead, I see a lot of apparent lies and evasion having the character of trolling or a mental health issue, IMO.

Any evidence produced by a noncustodial witness will be ignored until the custodian denies the evidence exists or cannot be found. First, an allegation must be made Obama is not eligible to be POTUS because he naturalized in 1983. Until Albert Moore file an amicus brief with the Supreme Court of Alabama, I haven't seen any legal filings alleging Obama naturalized in 1983.

In my defense, I had a copy of the certified naturalization papers sent to a licensed attorney and she ignored it because she wanted to pursue legal theory Obama is not eligible for POTUS because he is using a false id, fraudulently published a selective service filing and used an SSN not assigned to him. All of the alleged events originated prior to 1983. Consequently, a Certificate of Naturalization issued to Barack Hussein Obama II in 1983 discredits Orly's legal theory.

Furthermore, I was caught off guard when Orly refused to proffer a legal theory that is a slam dunk to prove Obama is ineligible. I think its reasonable to assume I'm not going to put all my cards on the table so Obots and ConcernedFreepers and spend their time discrediting it.
