News of reporter and writer Michael Hastings´ death at the age of only 33 has shaken the journalism community across the nation, as well as fans of the writer´s hard-hitting reporting.(Snip)conspiracy theorists are speculating that there is more than meets the eye over Hasting´s demise. Twitter, Facebook, and sharing site Reddit were abuzz Wednesday, with some users commenting that it was suspicious that Hastings, who famously brought down U.S. Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal in a Rolling Stone cover story, died while in the middle of covering several hot-button topics like monitoring by the National Security Agency and the CIA.

Even if we agree that this looks fishy, we should look up and repeat every comment they made about Brietbart back to them.
Just to rub their noses in it like a puppy in his own mess on the floor.
And smile doing it.
The comments on the story think Mchristol did it or someone in his camp me thinks they are barking up the wrong tree considering his last article on the NSA and why democrats like to spy on you.
The NYDN and their readership is pretty far left, so they aren’t going to rattle the cages of their overlords too much.

I wonder if his accelerator pedal mysteriously stuck (and probably brakes disabled) and he hit a tree to stop the car. We’ll never know the truth. Ever.
Well, the difference is that Brietbart had a known, serious heart problem, and he supposedly died from that problem.
From what I have heard, this guy died in a car accident and was a fairly decent driver up until...well, this crash.
Obama is starting to get a reputation like Clinton for people now dying who oppose him. With Clinton it was heart attacks, car crashes, airplane crashes...and a couple apparently from anurisms while on the toilet.
Yea but the point is that even if AB and this guy were actual unassisted deaths, the lefties spared no time trashing/mocking anyone thinking otherwise as loon level insane. The favor should be returned instead of just letting them get away with it and emboldening them for the next time. And there is always a next time with libs.

They do so at their own peril. They look at the enemy everyday but they don’t see it. They just keep voting for them
and bashing Bush much like I imagine Hastings did until he took on the crats and look where that got him.

Sounds very suspicious because before his death, he had contacted an attorney to say that he was being followed and possibly under investigation by the FBI. He was working on a story that could have been critical of the NSA?
He would know not to drive at that rate of speed in that area one would assume. Residents say 40 mph is fast enough in that section. When the car hit a tree, a witness said it was like a bomb sound effect that they heard. A witness, that I read on BuzzFeed, who was reportedly at the scene said moments before the crash there was other cars close by traveling at a high rate of speed. Was he in fear of his life/trying to escape and his car had already been tampered with. Too many people are coming up dead in odd accidents. Could it be a message to others. Sympathies to his family.
Michael Hastings contacted WikiLeaks lawyer Jennifer Robinson just a few hours before he died, saying that the FBI was investigating him.
