Hopefully JPM takes out jimmy Johnson early in the race.
The better race is likely to be the Nationwide cars at Road America....always a great show especially if Jacques Villeneuve, Boris Said, Ron Fellowes and other road course specialists are there......
Thanks for the ping. I didn’t like road courses much until we saw last years Sonoma race. Wish we were there again. BTW, it wasn’t me in that BMW; I just finished my 4-hour on-line traffic safety course that’ll keep that 75 in a 55 ticket off my record.

Watched them caravaning west all night as I ran across Nevada coming hone...
The fine also gets reduced down to $80.00 with proof of completion of the on-line course. I can’t get another ticket for the next two months or I’ll be in deep doo-doo. $80.00 is $80 dollars but what really hurts is I feel that my “get outa jail free” card has been taken.
I had a speeding ticket in Boulder 3 or so years ago. As long as I just accepted the ticket, paid the $100, it was reduced to a broken light offense in the “system.”
I want to see that some time. I was thinking of heading to Vegas in the fall, but I might be a bit busy this year. Maybe next.
The Vegas race in March features a “hauler parade” the Thursday evening before the race weekend. Trucks move slowly up Las Vegas Blvd in line w/air horrns blaring. Thousands line the blvd; fun to watch. I assume other venues have a similar event but don’t know who.

I’m sorry but as it appears I’ll be a one-term commissioner my pull with the Yahoo fantasy people is limited. I’d suggest you get off your Google Glass and get er done but I think you work harder then I do so you’ll have to settle for A or B; believe it or not at your peril: A) Michigan and Sonoma are a lot alike (snicker) and you’ll be OK with the drivers you have. B) After your score last week (and this one makes me a real double-face as my scores have been in the toilet all year) you’ll undoubtably do better this week so don’t count your chips just roll the dice.

MIL moves from rehab to new home in 2 weeks and C and I have been packing up the house next door. We found grandma’s trunk filled with heirlooms. The trunk came west by wagon around 1900 and settled in the hills of SE Oklahoma along with its owner. Were you racing back then?
