The NSA does not need a court order to search the database it maintains of the call data surrendered by the nation’s telecommunications firms, Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein told reporters on Thursday.

Feinstein spoke to reporters after a briefing on NSA monitoring by top Obama administration national security officials. She echoed an explanation given by NSA Director Gen. Keith Alexander when he appeared before a Senate panel on Wednesday, including the specific legal hurdle NSA says it must clear before it can look into the data it collects.

The DNC and Obama-the-Undocumented Indonesian
have corrupted America to slay the US Constitution.

They help al Qaeda (now giving them WMD and MANPADs)
while attacking Americans with the IRS and felons
released by the State Dept and DHS.

This could get a lot more interesting very quickly. I wonder how many news dumps we’ll see late Friday afternoon.

Dear Dianne,

Have any of you idiots ever thought how compiling such a data base actually creates a massive vulnerability that would never exist if the data base was not constructed. That vulnerability would be if foreign agents hostile to your brain dead corrupt government were able to access the same data base. Well what do you think the Chinese have been doing you idiot. They got everything on everybody now thanks to you morons who put all that data into a data base. All of us and all of you are now compromised. Have a nice day.

The Gubmint ALWAYS uses the "National Security" argument to hide its corruption, hide its coersion with Unions/Muslims/Socialists, etc.

Anythime ANYTHING damaging or revealing slips out, they invoke the National Security blanket excuse, which their Minions in the Courts uphold. (when they don't have to use the Ever-Popular "Commerce Clause" defense for their Socialist acts)....

Did the Verizon Customers, and all others, agree to forward their metadata to the government??
I say NO.
They surrendered their metadata to get free stuff, and did not foresee metadata going to the Government.

Second, and maybe off topic. Conspiracy Theory 4,567.
The Government had a blind spot, namely the inner city poor who could not afford digital phones.
Solution, free 0bama phones, along with their food stamp “cards” so that the Government could collect more data from these folks!

Help me out here. How is it Ms. Feinstein and many of her Obama czar compatriots that are recent Soviet Russian commie imports to America, have quickly climbed the ladder to success in policy making positions in what was once a free country that was the dire enemy of Soviets

I blame it on the Ivy League Harvard factor that represents a common belief in a club of elites, that the average folk and cattle desperately need led around by their nose while the elites who lead us need to control us and our money. $%^# her.
