The 60 vote requirement is a lie put out there to keep us focused elsewhere. As Mark Levin pointed out yesterday, Mitch McConnell has said that he will let it come to a vote without a vote on cloture. As a result, the requirement is only 51. This is a set-up.

You can be sure that McC will figure out a way to help the liberals despite occasional “conservative” rhetoric. He is after all a self-styled “John Sherman Cooper Republican”, and that is NOT “conservative” at all.
