Marine Le Pen 'loses immunity' over comparing Islamic prayers to Nazi occupation (France)
The Telegraph ^ | 6-1-13 | Barney Henderson

Mrs Le Pen, leader of the National Front, told a rally in 2010 that the places in France where Muslims worshipped in the streets were "occupied territory".

"For those who want to talk a lot about World War Two, if it's about occupation, then we could also talk about it (Muslim prayers in the streets), because that is occupation of territory," she said at a gathering in Lyon.

In December 2012, French authorities asked the European Parliament to lift Mrs Le Pen's immunity as a European Parliament member (MEP) so she could be prosecuted.

The BBC reports that a secret vote, held earlier this week, voted "overwhelmingly" to remove Mrs Le Pen's immunity.

The vote would need to be ratified formally in parliament, but the BBC states that this would likely be a formality. There was no comment from Mrs Le Pen.

Europeans have always been into that secret stuff, along with the rack, drawing and quartering, ovens, ..... just all sorts of things. Barry wants us to be more like Europe!

Too bad Europeans can't get over all the fascist baloney

We weren't there the last two times either.

Think of Europeans like naughty children ~ who are supposed to be playing peacefully in the sandbox but one of them has some C4 and is pounding it down some other kids throat!

This can go on for a while but eventually someone will get angry and go murder the other kid's entire family out to 4 generations, then firebomb the town!

These people have no sense of self control or discipline.

I’d say this EU is more like a Nazi occupation. The puppet government in France has run to the panel of Fuhrers to suspend free speech rights for a political opponent, who they will then attempt to jail.

I have a feeling this will only grow the backlash to the EU.

How did she become “Mrs. Le Pen” when Le Pen is her maiden name? Nice one, Tellygraph.

Never mind the concept of politicians having any kind of immunity while in office. Which is aside from the fact that free speech is not a right over there, evidently.

The privilege of immunity (for speech within the walls of the Parliament) is granted to Parliamentarians so that they can speak freely on behalf of those they represent. Removing that privilege is reveals the E.U. for the undemocratic institution it is.

Some wag, whose name I forget, recently wrote that Europe murdered six million Jews, contributors to society and replaced them with 20 million muzzies.

Bad idea, which begs the question why we import the same. Is there a US muzzie shortage? Nope, and we don't need the other third-worlders our munificent rulers encourage either.

Ironically, the only two books I ever closed half-way through, walked outside and tossed in a dumpster - were Mein Kampf and the Quran.

They’re the same book and neither was worthy of my personal trash.

As I understand things, there is also a general immunity from prosecution too. The people can’t remove that immunity; only the elites in government can.

It’s partly our fault, here in the USA./s//

Several centuries of attracting the best and brightest, the most adventurous and industrious, and all the clearest thinkers to legally immigrate to the USA, severely harmed the genetic pools throughout Europe, not to mention the rest of the world.

Those people, in turn, saved as many individual family members as they could.

But I can’t explain how or why the French convinced the rest of Europe to join the EU.

Oh wait...they didn’t, did they?
None of the citizens of Europe were allowed to vote themselves in or out, were they?

She is right—the forces of reaction are on the rise. The day of PC are numbered. France should start the mass deportaions of Islamic cultists. Ship them to North Africa —end all the free give aways! It will happen—do it now painlessly or later with blood in the streets.
