Wish I could find that. Menendez was one of the supporters of that bill, you can count on that.
If you couldn't tell, that was a rhetorical question as Rand Paul is a strong supporter of "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" and has his own version of Amnesty he was pushing until he got a lot of heat about it.
He's been awfully quiet about it for some time now.

Wish he didn't support it.
Illegals are already getting preferential treatment in hiring by many employers.

His laudable performance here doesn’t make up for his sellout last month either. He’s a RINO through and through. This Dem inquisition means nothing. It’s a dog and pony show.

Rand is quiet because the leaders are taking heat! Yes, he supports it, but he is also observing the anger we have for Rubio and stays quiet hoping it will go away. It won’t.

"He's been awfully quiet about it for some time now. That is because he does not support the gang of 8 plan. He is strong on "enforcement first" and "no new pathway to citizenship" he also opposes any social benefits (welfare, food stamps, etc) to illegals. Pauls' position on illegal immigration is very close to Cruz and far far from Rubios'.
