WASHINGTON (AP) — The Senate Judiciary Committee has approved far-reaching immigration legislation that gives a chance at citizenship to millions living in the country illegally.
The 13-5 vote clears the bill for a Senate debate expected to begin early next month.

Amnesty! America’s death wish.
It is a tough fight with McConnell and Boehner on the wrong side. When Boehner brings it up for a vote in the House nearly all of the Republicans will vote against it (only as many as are needed to pass it will vote in its favor) because he will not honor the Hastert rule.
Something has to be done to catalyze resistance and force Boehner yo ve kn our side, but for the life of me I don’t know what it is.
Assuming the Senate passes this...it won’t pass the House will it? So the GOP Senators are handing a wedge issue to the Democrats, for use in the House races?
“The 13-5 vote”
The Dhims want it to cinch permanent electoral control and one-party rule (ala Mexifornia), and obviously couldn’t give a whiz about the fate of our country.
As for the Great Opportunity for Plunder party, it’s pretty easy to see who has been bought and paid for by the Big Business/illegal alien lobby.
May they all end up in the wrong colonia late on a Saturday night.
How many nails does Uncle Sam’s coffin need?
It will pass the House if Boehner dishonorable the Hastert Rule and outs it up for a floor vote despite the overwhelming opposition of Relublican representatives.
Dishonors, not dishonorable.
If all those criminals are made legal, they’ll want more money...Bet the rent.
And then they’ll need to bring in 25 million more Mexican illegals, who’ll fill the void and work for those dirt cheap illegal wages.
Those made legal by corrupt government, will be wage undercut by the new waves of low wage illegals.
John Boehner is going to try and ram this crap sandwich through-even if it violates the Hastert rule-but there are all sorts of obstacles.
One of them is the removal of the Diversity Visa, which the Congressional Black Caucus has said is a deal-breaker.
A lot will rest on Bob Goodlatte, who's about as trustworthy as any career politician.
either the red states leave the union, the north east and much of the north leaves the union or the stupid party gets up and frigging fights for once in their miserable cowardly life
if this goes ahead then what state at first will say enough is enough we’re out and will that state stand up and will those in power in DC who see their power erode away fight to make people live in a country they do not want to live in while allowing those who should nto be here to live?
The gay rights amendment was-as Mickey Kaus predicted-simply a head fake. But there are divisions relating to Obamacare.
I don't want to hear any Republican who votes for this disaster rail against Obamacare come next election.
Just a lesser evil. No problem...
Exactly which Republicans in the House would you expect to take the lead in this process of making the bill unpalatable to the globalists?
Joder RINOs.
I thought that I had pressed “2” for English. ;(
Does the Boston bombing terrorist attack which happened only 46 days ago mean anything to these spineless bustards?
Hey Rubio, you’re nothing but a steeken traitor./SPIT!
