It has a lot of pluses and I'll start to think seriously about the state, but then the Governor or Corker or Lamar will sing, say or do something that even a NE progressive would admire.
I have to say that no state is perfect. I like the South. Half of my family is from the South. But there are things messed up even in southern states. MD is hardcore blue. VA is purple. NC is confused. SC has Lindsey. FL isn’t a southern state. AL has no clue when it comes to the 2a. I could go on. The trick is to find a state that has no major cities. There are very few of those states in the country.
