Haven't seen an update on the eligibility case in Alabama in a few days. Mike Zullo of Sheriff Joe's Posse says he's got something huge to drop. Supposedly coming in a couple weeks. We'll see.

I think one possible “next shoe to drop” is the revelation that the Obama Administration used the IRS to harass conservative talk show hosts, and possibly the radio companies involved. Imagine if Salem Communications—who distributes Dennis Prager, Michael Medved and Hugh Hewitt talk shows—said its corporate operations were subject to IRS harassment since at least May 2010. Now we have to add potential violations of First Amendment rights, not to mention possible violations of FCC regulations against the Obama Administration.

It's not in his character to retreat into a shell when he's threatened. I think 'twisting in the wind' would only make him more dangerous. He would definitely quadruple his efforts on realizing his utopian Marxist dreams, if he's surrounded by threats which aren't actually taking him down. No one in his vicinity or within his reach would be safe. I think we'd see him flip into some sort of caricature of Caligula or Nero.
