The most credible deflection of accusation this administration has had is that their actions sound like a conspiracy theory.
The more outrageous the act, the less likely it is to be believed.
That has been their stock defense, whether the question be of natural born citizenship, aid and comfort to our enemies, economic malpractice, gunrunning, vote fraud, whatever. It has worked along with the low information voter's normalcy bias to keep those not actively benefiting from actions that should enrage the populace from even comprehending what is going on.

YOU are sooo correct. All were left to die. I want to know WHO organized the plane that flew out of Benghazi with those nearly 30 (?) people on it, where the plane came from, who was flying it and utmost where the heck ARE those 30 people.
I understood months ago they were flown to Germany, then scattered all around Europe and scattered around the USA. What have they threatened those 30 with so they won’t talk? Also, when is someone going to ask these clowns at CIA/FBI State Dept. What the heck WERE YOU DOING IN Benghazi in the first place. What was in the CIA annex.

My forecast based on my knowledge of the enemy and how they think/act:
The real scandal that “terrifies” the staff is that they have used “national technical means” to spy on EVERYONE! Just think, they could use the incredible capabilities of the NSA, CIA, DoD, Google, et al to spy on everyone including not only opponents, but also supporters and allies. Maxine Waters did not say they just had files on Republicans. They have a dossier on EVERYBODY!
The other half of the scandal is how they use the information gathered. We will find that people have been blackmailed, intimidated, harassed, and, perhaps, even murdered.
What is the Chicago Way? How do they use power when they get it? First, they solidify control. Then they wipe out enemies. Then they proceed to get filthy rich off corrupt deals.
These people from Chicago not only have ties to organized crime and street gangs, they ARE organized crime.
Not every dim is a crook, but most of them are.
