I've often thought if just a few of these scumbags were told why they were getting the shit kicked out them as it was happening, they might begin to see reality as it is. Not that I'm advocating violence.

Katrina a couple of Dems were heard exploiting the storm for political gain on a plane; using this storm or even withal this corruption and many want answers the radicals and fringe on the left at MSNBC were claiming it were a witch hunt.
They know damn well that if a republican had done all of this they would be pushing impeachment and not claiming a witch hunt.
Bumper stickers, slogans, marches and signs would be out as they push yet again their politics but if they were trying to get answers I would have no problem with it as wiretapping people, using the IRS to attack and destroy people giving guns to Mexican drug lords and letting Americans die is pure out and out chilling.
One of the first messages sent over Benghazi was how can they cover themselves, they looked at politics instead of the truth and when others now ask for answers they say it’s those people playing politics and sadly the media and the sheep which are one of the same repeat their crap.
As much as I hate the north east and trust me I do as I feel it’s another country the fact is that most of the north is republican. It’s the cities which destroy this country.

Yes they do and and are quick to get involved in local politics....I’ve seen whole communities “change” because of the antics these people play on an unsuspecting community..ignorant of their devices. Especially smaller cities and communities........they are like cancer growths!
Manc...I am in Western Pa...and the rural areas or smaller cities generally are more conservative....but the cities here are fully blue and you can feel it in the air when you visit.
Thus I seldom go to the cities, preferring a more country feel and mindset....though my area could do with a few more “informed” individuals. Most are simply not interested in politics.
agree , I;ve seen these people , actually I just had one guy , an elderly guy who crossed over into the center lane , cut up traffic, cut me up, he ten tried to take a left on US-1 and couldn’t and then started shouting all everyone around him because he now nearly caused an accident and can’t drive here.
He was from New England.
As for them coming here and getting involved in local politics, agreed.
The amount of times I;ve seen the bored housewives come into a PTO etc or a school and try to change everything and try to bring their own agenda and views into the school is a lot., .
Some run for office, usually a small local office and work up to a county position
They then have a distain for those who are native and yes I’ve heard so many times them making fun of the accents, grits, confederate flags, hilly billys, have they got teeth, buck tooth, rednecks, dummies, backwards, inbreds, incest . etc etc etc
Course when they are around the natives they suddenly change their views and make out as if they are treating the locals with respect.
One kids party I went to was disgusting.
We took our son, our youngest about 4 years ago.
The woman was usually nice, good for a laugh, not snobby but that day we saw another side to her and since my wife has never spoken to her since.
She invited her gated community friends who had moved here from the north, she and her friends sipped their wine, twirled their glasses, and talked about designer clothes.
Of course the conversation got onto the south and that was it.

Newbees here pretty much get ignored for those reasons...on a social level. But then they get involved politiclly and as you said, try and bring their twisted thinking into the communities.
