I think the proper word is "extortion", not "bribe". It's clear to me, now, that Petraeus was told to approve the talking points, or else..... He didn't, and so was exposed.

I thought I came across something the other day that stated the info on petraeus’ affair was known and ‘held’ for the right moment. Not sure where I read that, I can try and dig it up.

The real question is “why are they threatening Patraeus now”?

My instinct is that Obama admin is always manipulating and creating some types of false flag hoaxes before they step out to get control of whatever it is they want at the moment.
I think the Sony hack attack and this stupid Centcom Twitter hack business was all engineered by Obama government to happen before Obama proposals at the SOTU speech. The idea is to scare people into going along with the power grab Obama wants. The Twitter hack is really not all that important, but it had the word Centcom on it and supposedly the JV ISIS team is behind it. LOL Imagine if that were really the main Centcom hacked?
Perhaps David Patraeus knows too much and is being reminded that he should keep his mouth shut..or else.
