It's not a Second Amendment issue.
It's a First Amendment issue.
Get it to the USSC ASAP.
This is exactly the kind of speech the First Amendment was intended to protect.
The First Amendment ain't about protecting porn.
It's about protecting political speech, and instructions on how to build firearms is political speech.

Why would FEDGOV worry about this modest plastic gun while real, more powerful guns are still available? It can only be the printed gun represents a threat to their plans, and therefore, their plans MUST be that no-one will have real guns.
