Hard to say. My impression of the PD isn't so much that they're biased (although they are) as that they're incompetent and a bit lazy. Comes from having no competition, IMHO.

Also just MHO, but I'd guess WOIO 19 would probably break anything the PD didn't feel like covering. They seem to be more tenacious even if it's for salaciousness sake.

This story broke just after 6 PM last night. Naturally a TV station will have it before a newspaper. The PD had it in front page news this AM. The PD isn't much of a newspaper any more but they will cover a story like this reasonably well. No cause for animosity here.
