My impression of the PD isn't so much that they're biased (although they are) ...
The PD is biased for or against who ... and why?

My opinion - the PD is like most papers. Slanted left, pro statism, pro union.
They'll report individual cases of corruption if they're blatant enough, but they won't rock the boat by discussing the root cause - near absolute Democrat control of the city and county.
They're the only major paper in town.

CP could be CLEVELAND POLICE DEPT.
OR CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER
I was referring as the newspaper... a very democratic, liberal newsprint..as most of them ALL are...
but the Cleveland Police Dept. I feel will take a hit for this mess...they have not, maybe never has been well organized..really sad to say that...but when they make calls and never thoroughly check out a house says something is missing...but then again in that hood...who wants to go into those houses??? hard to call them a home...
