It wouldn’t matter if they were married, either. The majority of people getting welfare, don’t want to work, married or not. The men and women that are reproducing are losers and a marriage license won’t change anything. You have to force these people into a job. Force them to do something in exchange for benefits. let them do unpleasant tasks for their local city for welfare benefits. The freebies will be less desirable. Does the Boston Bomber ring a bell? Was he working or paying for his family? nope.
