Make no mistake, only one person has the authority to give "military permission to go into Libya."
Fact One:
1) Only the POTUS can authorize a CBA (cross border authority) command for a rescue mission in a foreign nation.
Plus Fact Two:
2) No rescue mission was attempted.
Equals Fact Three:
3) 0bama turned his back on 41 State Dept. and CIA employees refusing to issue a CBA command and went to bed so he could go to Las Vegas the next day.
If this is breaking on CNN, I can only presume that means some internal Democrat long knives are out for Hillary.

Breakdown in communications? I doubt it. Ill bet the obama admin purposefully denied aid to the consulate. Whether they said “no” or just ignored them the end result was the same.
The Constitution and actual practice put the president in charge of foreign policy and the military. Nothing’s going to happen to Obama.
