I remember being told by a fellow FReeper a long while back that illegals have never been eligible for food stamps.
I knew it wasn’t true then, and we all know it now.
Supposedly, the food stamps are intended for the U.S.-born children of the illegal immigrants who, by birthright, are American citizens. They lay people off left and right, and then implement something as stupid and UNCONSTITUTIONAL as this that requires a WORK FORCE to ENFORCE it. IMPEACH THE SOB - NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I guess we should all run down and say I was born in Mexico and get free stuff. If they are giving my tax money away to illegals, maybe I should go get some of it back in free hand outs.
It is no accident that corps like Pepsi, Coke, Hershey, General Mills...JUNK FOOD...are big campaign contributors. There is NO nutritional/helpthepoor reason to have Food stamps purchase junk food. Many of them have also relocated to Mexico.
