I use to wear an NRA T-shirt when I was in college. I never got any flack about it, but then again that was in the 1980s in a private university in a southern state.
wonder if this could grow. I’d but an NRA shirt if I knew where to buy one. A couple for the grand kids to wear to school too!
More people need to but won’t get arrested for breaking the left’s ‘laws’.
The left does crap like this KNOWING people will mostly comply rather than having a record and going through the costs of a court case. Even if that record is expunged and all charges dropped.
1 in 10000 or ledd ever will go through with it.
Which the left has 9999 new points of compliance with their agenda. Apply this math to every aspect of their Orwellian agenda. Abortion, race, homosexuals, Muslims et all..
Then reel in the horror of how fast and how easy people throw away their right to free speech.
Kid has more balls than most adults.
Edit “ledd” = “Less”
I knew what you meant. I can spell but I can’t tupe. I mean type.
What do you tell the kids about dealing with authority figures who overstep their authority?

You can always file a complaint later. Tell that to the Jews.

no “scary assault rifles” on those tho!

If these kids want to have a future; they had better learn to stand up to leftist commies NOW!
The problem here is that the kid now has an arrest on his record.
Even if the charges are dropped, and the arrest expunged, there are a lot of jobs where he’ll still have to reveal that he was arrested and explain why. Like if he eventually chooses to try to become a military officer (as he currently wants to). Older Freepers will recall how an expunged juvie arrest record was used to mess with Linda Tripp’s security clearance during the Monica Lewinkski scandal.
This is going to follow the kid for the rest of his life, and WILL impact his ability to become and have a career with any sort of a security clearance (if the arrest record is the only difference between him and another equally rated/qualified person for a single open position)
The teacher, the school and the cops need to pay through the nose for this one. I hope the kid has a good lawyer.
Teachers are mini dictators.
And the LEO have too much power, obstructing an officer , such a BS charge, considering they actually have zero power to do anything, let alone arrest anyone.
Your parents were sheeple. The Left loves sheeple, who don’t stick their bowed heads above the crowd. The complaint filed after complying to orders is thrown in the nearest shredde,r and the overlords remain in power.
Thank God for the Founders, who had a different view and the courage to stand up for liberty.
That was the way it was in my house when I was in (public) schools in the 1950s and '60s. But that was then, when the schools were run by (mostly) dedicated and intelligent professionals, and this is now, when the schools are run by blithering idiots (and the teachers are morons, too).
Things drastically changed between 1965 when I graduated from high school and 1986 when my oldest child entered school. I suspect that they are even worse now.
