This is an example of one kind of fallout from the coming new Obamacare rules.
My brother-in-law manages a grocery store. His part-time employees do not have healthcare benefits, but he could give them almost full-time hours. He is now being forced to cut their hours to 28.
Not only do they not have healthcare, now their wages have been cut back considerably.
One employee told him that due to the cut in hours, she is now eligible for rent assistance.
So, under the new rules, not only will the working middle class be paying for her healthcare, we will now be paying her rent.
Obamacare ,it shows that Obama Cares ,vote for Obama 2016 LOL
Well, OBVIOUSLY, the Prezdent needs to pass a law that rekwi..reuqiur...MAKES your bro-in-law give all his employees full time hours!

Obamacare’s role was to get more on the dole.

That is the point. As long as he could give them more hours, they might be able to afford to buy insurance on their own (at least that was possible before government had to get involved in healthcare). By arbitrarily setting the number of hours at a point that, for most people, is below a living wage, people are forced into the government run exchanges.
THAT was the objective all along. Obamacare is merely a not-so-transparent means of forcing universal healthcare. And universal healthcare is merely a not-so-transparent means of bringing about a socialist/communist/all-encompassing state.
I don't know either - but the government does. That's why they're procuring all that ammunition.
Anyone over 60 going into a hospital is coming out FEET FIRST.
That will save the required trillion very quickly. The new death taxes will be rolling in dough.

Overload the social welfare support systems by placing so many demands upon services available, the entire economy goes into collapse, paving the way for reordering the whole society.
Total anti-capitalists. But wow, look at all the social justice they would dispense.
Then all those rich b!+@#es would get what is coming to them.
Once you realize it, it all makes perfect sense. And if you don't realize it, you haven't been paying attention, or are incapable of critical thinking.
Your brother-in-law should realize that part of Obama’s deliberate strategy here is to make HIM the fall guy for this crappy law. They want his employees (and the low information community in general) to HATE your brother-in-law. Get them interested in voting for Leftists to “make things fair”, join unions and “community organizations”, etc.
It ends when we’re all dependent on the 1%’ers for everything.
They see themselves as a whole ‘nother, benevolent species.
A lot of his employees probably voted for Obama; this is the change they were hoping for. Sadly, there are no do-overs for being a dumb ass at the polls.
