A radical brand of Islam appears to have motivated the two brothers suspected of bombing the Boston Marathon, but investigators say they have found no indication the brothers were associated with any terrorist groups...

Three U.S. officials involved in the investigation told The Associated Press Monday that the brothers had no links to any terrorist groups. After interrogating Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, U.S. officials believe they were motivated by their faith, apparently an anti-American, radical version of Islam...

Tamerlan described the Bible as a "cheap copy" of the Koran, used to justify wars with other countries.

Exactly right. This nonsensical claim is designed to contain political damage. The Party Line has emerged, and no one with a brain believes it. No way a thorough, conclusive investigation can have been conducted in less than a week.
