These two fit all the puzzle pieces. Only problem is I don’t see either one on the phone in any of these pics. Might have just used phone during the bombing and that was it.
That guy had a black backpack... in this photo it’s gone or at his feet somewhere.

The backpack could still be held by the man in the black jacket and white hat (the one that is circled in red in the photo you posted).
His back got tired so he took the pack off and now he is holding it by its top strap with both of his hands centered in front of him.
The lady in front of him wearing the big black sunglasses and wearing her black hair in a bun is blocking the view of the backpack.
What else do we know aside from the two pictures of these guys?

If those are the two guys, then they definitely look Middle Eastern to me. Media would not want to disclose they are Muslim if they are.
Maybe because they could be sued if those are not really the bombers.
