Yes. It’s possible white hat (with blue man) handed off his backpack to ‘bending over man’/down jacket man’ then proceeded to bomb zone #2.

they are in the pix in post 36 but are not circled. They are on the lower part of the pix and about center of it. You can make out the blue jacket on one and the white hat on the other.
Blue man’s got a heavy backpack too. Hmmm.
they I just don’t see the 2 in the blue jacket and the other with the white hat being the perps. I just don’t see them hanging around that long before setting off the bombs. They were there at 2 1/2 hours after the race started.
Well that pack seems to have what looks like a pot lid handle.
