A Port Canaveral police officer out of a job after allegations he brought targets resembling Travyon Martin to a gun range is speaking out. Sgt. Ron King was terminated by Port Canaveral’s police chief Friday. He released a videotaped statement on Youtube late Saturday evening.

Listen to his statement, the target was a "TRAINING" target of a person in a hoodie, was never used in training yet the guy gets fired. More political correctness gone insane.

You note the operative word in “resembles”.....only Whites in White hoodies are to be allowed for target shooting. Using black hoodies smacks too much of “Profiling” and we all know how distortive that is.

It was supposed to be a TRAINING target, of someone NOT to shoot. It was never used in actual training. One of his “buddies” took a picture of it to send to his son. Instead he used it against him. With friends like those who needs enemies?

I don’t believe anyone got fired over the pregnant, white-girl and child targets did they? Was thinking the same thing. DHS, FEMA, etc. can use targets of elderly white men, pregnant white women, and white teens for practice, but a local cop using a target that happens to resemble the hoodie worn by Matin is a bad person?

The officer is an idiot. It is CLEARLY meant to be Trayvon-Martin. The skittles and ice tea are so obvious. Some say a lawsuit, but he would LOSE. He was trying to be transparent and lost big time.
