U.S. citizens should have a right to take jobs in Mexico under Marco Rubio’s immigration compromise, American Border Control is demanding. Florida Senator Marco Rubio and a ‘Gang of Eight’ liberal Senators are expected to announce a compromise on amnesty for illegal immigrants this week.
Mexico’s unemployment rate dropped to 4 . 7 % in September 2012, reported England’s Financial Times on October 19, 2012, then dropped to 4 . 47 % in December. Yet U.S. citizens do not have the same right to work in Mexico as Marco Rubio, John McCain, and liberal Democrats are pushing for on behalf of disrespectful, law-breaking illegal aliens. As reported in The Washington Times on May 3, 2010:
“Under the Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony, punishable by up to two years in prison. Immigrants who are deported and attempt to re-enter can be imprisoned for 10 years. Visa violators can be sentenced to six-year terms. Mexicans who help illegal immigrants are considered criminals.”
And U.S. citizens can be deported from Mexico at any time for discretionary reasons:
“The law also says Mexico can deport foreigners who are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” violate Mexican law, are not “physically or mentally healthy” or lack the “necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents.
Mexico’s laws mirror those that Mexico criticizes in the U.S. USA Today reported on May 25, 2010: “Mexico has a law that is no different from Arizona's that empowers local police to check the immigration documents of people suspected of not being in the country legally.”
“The error of amnesty is the myth that Mexicans are in financial trouble. Yet Mexico’s December unemployment rate at 4.47% is lower than the U.S. unemployment rate that was 8% for years.”
explained American Border Control’s Executive Director Jonathon Moseley, adding:
“Adjusted for purchasing power – converting dollars into pesos – the average salary in Mexico is $ 49,574 per year. According to the International Monetary Fund, $1 USD converted into pesos will buy the equivalent of $8.07 within Mexican society. So the nominal average Mexican salary of $6,143 per year in pesos actually can purchase as much in goods and services in Mexico as a $49,574 per year salary buys in the U.S. economy.”
From 1994 to 2012, Mexico’s unemployment rate averaged 3.68 percent, from a record low of 2.22 percent in November 2002 to a 5.93 percent peak in May 2009, Trading Economics reported. “We are gullible suckers,” Moseley commented.
Mexico’s economy grew by 5.4 percent in 2010 and 3.85 percent in 2011, according to the CIA’s World Fact Book. The US economy is stagnant.
However, in the United States, Blacks are suffering 14.1 % unemployment, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics in August 2012. A record 88.8 million Americans over 16 are no longer seeking a job, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The number who have given up looking for wark increased by 8.3 million during Obama’s first term as President.
As a result, American Border Control is demanding that any compromise include a right for unemployed U.S. citizens to find jobs in Mexico after losing their jobs in the United States as a result of Marco Rubio’s policies.
“Those who showed contempt for our country by violating our laws and crashing the gate should not be also stealing jobs from U.S. citizens,” Moseley concluded.

According to the 1917 Mexican Constiutution, all Mexican citizens have to obtain written permission from the Mexican govt to leave the country.
Thus not only are Mexican citizens illegally entering the USA, they are also illegally exiting their own country.=
A double whammy which both govts ignore.
It would be a real hoot if all of the unemployed Americans who have given up on looking for a job here got together and stampeded across the border into Mexico.
Any immigration plan should be in the form of a treaty with the countries in question.
The countries involved must agree to the exact same rights of each of their citizens to work, own property, own businesses, have access to welfare systems and other social services, etc in each others’ country ... or no deal.
They are on the right track. But it should be an international TREATY, not a domestic law.
Mexico found a way to get rid of their uneducated, unemployed, and criminal class..... Marco Rubio.
Ask anyone who trots out some hoary old lie about them only coming here to work to explain that.
So wages in the US and Mexico are identical, then? If so, your argument is airtight.
Yeah who wouldn’t want to risk their life to work in Mexico for a fraction of what they can make here.

Hardly. Hence the desire to make American wages so as to live well in Mexico.

Consider this: the people who are here legally are the ones who are sleeping in and collecting benefits instead.
If you are a born American with no skills who dropped out of high school, your birth certificate - if parlayed correctly - can get you a better package than busing tables or hanging sheetrock.
You need to come to California to see what illegal immigration has done not only to our public safety net and housing industries, but to our educational and medical systems.
Mexico’s government spewed unemployment figures are surely as phony as our own!
I'd gladly trade even for an equal number of gangbangers and trailer park methheads. But Mexico has to promise to KEEP them!
