The hard truth is you will actually be far less safe and secure by giving up your constitutional rights.
All you will get in return is promises from petty politicians who lie for a living.
No sale.

What you suggest is inevitable, in my opinion. Nothing within the established political structure seems even remotely interested in undertaking the needed reforms. Collapse. Chaos. The re-establishment of order by use of force. The only likely scenario.

This is what happens when YOU turn YOUR Children over the THE STATE to have them indoctrinated in values that are in complete opposition to your own.
In this day and age it borders on child abuse to have your children educated in Public Schools.

It’s by 103rd, and in between I-295 and Blanding Blvd. That’s the reason for crayons.

Most people are not as well informed as FReepers. A lot of parents think their kids or grandkids are learning the same things they did in grade school. They’re NOT.

We must stop funding the public schools. They are the downfall of this great nation.

I found a passage in a Louis L’amour Western, that was so true and profound, I had to write it down so I would not forget it. It fits perfectly, with this situation.
“The weak, and those unwilling to make the struggle, soon resign their liberties for the protection of powerful men and paid armies, they begin by being protected, they end by being subjected”.

In the interim between posting my first response and now, I’ve seen additional corroboration, so I guess this fourth grade class writes with crayons.

I say we strip Cheryl of her 8th Amendment rights and have a bit of fun. After all, it’s for the children.

My daughter and hubby have put off hving children indefinitly because they dont think they can afford private school at the moment. I wish for grandchildren, but i don’t disagree with them, either.

Sam Houston: Texas has yet to learn submission to any oppression, come from what source it may.
