Posted on 04/06/2013 9:05:08 AM PDT by Lloyd Marcus
My Conservative Campaign Committee is in Boston filming ads in support of Michael Sullivan for U.S. Senate. I consistently heard the same glowing reviews of Mike's service from voters a strong trustworthy man of character and principles. In the words of one voter, Mike has a knack for showing up and setting things right.
It is also clear that Sullivan has been doing the right things over a long period of time as proven and tested kept coming up in conversations about Mike.
Another voter shared that he has followed Mike Sullivan's career over the years and has been greatly inspired by him.
Massachusetts voter's opinions of Michael Sullivan confirm that he is the kind of principled conservative we must send to the U.S. Senate, someone who will not change his mind to get along in Washington. Thus, this race is national!
Mary and I have been urged not to leave town without taking the Boston Duck Tour. The tour bus doubles as a boat. We have been told that the tour includes the bus/boat going into the water. Pretty cool.
Patriots, please get behind Mike Sullivan with your support.
God bless, Lloyd

Isn’t Mike Sullivan pro-abort and pro-gay-marriage?
If so, I’d rather see the demonRAT win.
Let the country go down the toilet. Maybe there’ll be something left to rebuild from the ashes.
I think he’s anti both those things, but someone from Mass could correct me.
I think you are thinking of Gomez.
Sullivan is very pro-life. OTOH, he is against DOMA.
Be careful, that's what Ted told Mary Jo!
Best one in the race I think.
The question he needs to be asked is, “Will you stab us in the back when your vote can make a difference, like Scott Brown did?”
Brown voted with the conservatives when it wouldn’t make a difference. But when his vote counted, he voted with the DemonRATS.
A pox on him and anyone like him.
Now they’re saying Brown wants to run for federal office from NH. I definitely will not vote for him. I’ll write-in myself.
Verrryyyyyy FUNNY! Mary and I got a great chuckle from that!
Michael Sullivan (U.S. Attorney)
...His work as U.S. Attorney largely focused on national security and health-care fraud... Representing the town of Abington, he was elected as a Republican state representative in 1990. He was voted “Legislator of the Year” by the Massachusetts Municipal Organization in 1994. Among his initiatives was a budget amendment to have the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority charge municipalities for sewage management by volume instead of population, which moved much of the cost burden away from outlying towns and toward Boston. The amendment was adopted by the House but reversed the following day under pressure from Democratic leaders... He took early steps to run for the U.S. Senate against incumbent Ted Kennedy in 2000, but retracted before declaring an official candidacy... was appointed U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts by President George W. Bush on September 14, 2001, in the wake of the September 11 attacks. His early work revolved around the terrorist attacks, which were launched from Boston’s Logan Airport. Sullivan was the prosecutor in the 20012002 criminal trial of Richard Reid, widely known as the “Shoe Bomber”. He prosecuted airport workers arrested at Logan Airport as part of “Operation Tarmac” and accused of lying about their nationality on job applications. According to the Boston Phoenix, “every US attorney prosecuting Operation Tarmac cases [...] either reduced or dropped the charges” except for Sullivan, who wrote, “Ignoring the alleged criminal activity of illegal immigrants sends the wrong message to the rest of the world.” ...organized a health-care fraud unit in his district and nearly tripled the number of prosecutors assigned to medical cases, prosecuting companies such as TAP Pharmaceuticals as well as smaller facilities and individual providers. He said: “You couldn’t ignore this, even in light of 9/11.” ...Sullivan presented charges, in Boston, on November 23, 2005, against Abdullah Khadr, an Egyptian from Canada who is alleged to have sold arms to the Taliban... [otoh] Sullivan was a keynote speaker and special guest at the 2007 Great Lakes Summit on Gun Violence conference. This conference was organized by the International Association of Chiefs of Police and funded by a $375,000 grant from the Joyce Foundation... The National Rifle Association has criticized the IACP report, calling it “a rubber stamp, bought and paid for, of the pre-existing agenda for gun ban groups.” The report was produced with assistance from the Joyce Foundation’s Communications Director and with contributions from gun control advocates such as Kristen Rand and Tom Diaz of the Violence Policy Center. The NRA has called the Joyce Foundation an activist foundation whose “shadowy web of huge donations” leads “straight to puppet strings that control the agenda of gun ban groups” ...Sullivan’s residence is in Abington. He and his wife Terry have four children.
and across the aisle, among the Party of the Single Party State:
Keystone pipeline opponents biggest spenders in Massachusetts Senate race
[snip] he Keystone XL Pipeline has emerged as a major issue in the Massachusetts special U.S. Senate election, with environmental groups committing nearly one-third of the $1.25 million in outside money already spent on campaigns. The biggest spender so far is the League of Conservation Voters, which has already spent more than $545,000 to help elect Democratic candidate and Rep. Ed Markey... Another environmental group spending big money to defeat Lynch is the NextGen Committee, which has reported spending more than $196,000... is backed by California billionaire Thomas Steyer... NextGen has spent $54,700 for an aerial banner that read “Steve Lynch says: Go Habs! And Go Canadian Dirty Oil.” The banner appears to question Lynchs loyalty to the Boston Bruins... was flown over downtown Boston ahead of a matchup between the two hockey teams... Markey has made... a television campaign ad that highlighted his role in holding BP responsible for the 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Another big supporter of Markey is the Service Employees International Union... more than $368,000... The group making the biggest push on behalf of Lynch is the International Association of Firefighters, which has reported spending more than $85,300... Lynch worked as an ironworker for 18 years... None of the independent expenditures reported to the FEC by the end of the week were made to either support or oppose the three Republican U.S. Senate candidates — former U.S. Attorney Michael Sullivan, Norfolk state Rep. Daniel Winslow and Cohasset businessman Gabriel Gomez... The Tea Party-aligned Conservative Campaign Committee, however, has said it plans to spend up to $200,000 on radio and television ads to support Sullivan and target Winslow and Gomez. Winslow and Gomez have called on Sullivan to renounce the ads by the group, which they say holds extreme anti-gay positions. [/snip]
[snip] A majority of the 4 million registered voters in the state are independents. These unenrolled voters can vote in either partys primary on April 30. Just over one-third of voters are Democrats, but only 11 percent are Republicans.A lot of those so-called independents are really moderate Democrats, [D candidate] Lynch said. [/snip]
The Demon -rat is one big MORON named Eddie Markey who has been effing up your cable bills and pushing Gloabal Warming b/s for 32 years. He’s never had a job and does not live here... but thanks for your silly knee jerk reaction!
Sometimes we are our own worst enemies! Geesh!
I believe that, by hook or by crook, the demonRAT Markey will win. Won’t matter how much you stump for the Massachusetts RINO, the demonRAT will win.
May as well cast a protest vote. Vote for yourself or some third party. Let the Mass RINOs know that you won’t play along with yet another RINO.
I’m sick up to here of being stabbed in the back by RINOs on everything from 0bamao-care to “gun control” to abortion to taxes to welfare to “gay” marriage.
If we’re gonna get screwed, let the demonRATs own the screwing lock, stock and barrel.
Better to bring it to a head sooner than later.
Gomez seems like the rino choice, one way you can tell is that he is all over radio and tv media. What grass roots candidate has money like that ?
He may be a Navy Seal but I think they use veterans because they know that many people will automatically vote for a veteran—consider John McCain.
Personally, I am not in a rush for Armeggedon.
I heard he is against both. If he is against amnesty, then he is at least for America.
