The U.S. would oust the communist regime in North Korea if it uses its nuclear weapons or launches an all-out invasion on South Korea and the 28,500 American troops stationed there, national security sources say.
The Obama administration has not articulated such a far-reaching retaliation, even as North Korean leader Kim Jong-un threatens to attack both the South Korean and the U.S. mainland.
But national security sources say it is a common assumption within the Pentagon and U.S. Pacific Command that a full-force attack by Pyongyang would put in place a contingency plan of massive retaliation against the North aimed at bringing down the Stalinist regime. President Obama then would be faced with making the war decision.

China pre-emptively attacks North Korea before NK can do anything and before the US can do anything. China works with S. Korea to unify and support transition N.K. to an indenpendent Korean state. The World claps their hands at China. China and Korea become allies. Unified Korea looks at US and commands us to get our troops out of S. Korea since they decide we are worthless.
Taiwan observes the US weakness in this situation and decides that the US is not the long term solution either. They decide to join Mainland China...

Very astute observation! That is a very good explanation as why all of a sudden and without much provocation, the NORKs are saber rattling.

Well, Kim was having internal problems controlling the military back in December...so his answer is give them a war? ..Play big tough guy?...
There are many issues why the leadership is doing this....but ‘planting season is coming up’, and Kim’s military do that work along with others...so whatever happens needs to be before he has to put his military in the fields......no food for the army...they retaliate..which may be the case as well.

This would also be the perfect time for the US to wash our hands of all the global BS, and start taking care of our OWN affairs in the homeland. All this will require a Clean House, if you catch my drift, and beefing up our military and defense systems.

There is a containment plan for this....but likely the sadists in charge will just start spraying the people there with bullits....not so sure the people will run anywhere...fear rules more than just heavy there.... They do nothing without permission..ever. It’s a lifestyle they are born and raised in after generations born and raised within the confines of the gulogs..they know no different.
