Guess Casey knows what he really likes. He’ll probably end up getting arrested for breaking Gosnell out of prison.

I have been considering this issue: I have come to the conclusion that there is a big difference between what the government says is ok “legal” and what God says is good and evil. Who actually gives a hoot about what some man made government says, good people will follow God’s definition of good and evil. So, even if the government lets cats “marry” humans, it’s all nonsense. The best way to approach it is to treat each person as a separate entity for tax and all other purposes, that solves the stupidity of the argument that the “gays” are not able to acquire the same “benefits”. But that would make too much sense.

Anyway, let the heathens have their stupidity, we do not want a blending of church and state necessarily. Good people will follow God’s word as expressed in the Bible, and by their depraved but worldly “legal” behavior, the Others will identify themselves as evil.

There is no place in this country where gay people can’t be “married”. It is not illegal, you don’t get thrown in jail, or worse.

The only issue is if the government needs to provide special treatment for this particular pairing of people. And there is no compelling government interest in encouraging gay couples.

Why not encourage brothers or sisters to live together. After all, that would use up less resources, and they could benefit as much from having health care coverage through one person’s business as a gay couple.

And if they were raising a child, they would be less likely to get “divorced”.

How about 3 people, or a man and his horse, Or brother and sister?

What business is it of the Governments?

If they love each other a man should be able to marry his mother or his father.

Why not just throw all the rules out when you toss one out you start the stampede.

If we accept Homosexuals, why not Necrophilias. Some undertakers could start a whorehouse.

There are a lot of sexual sickies, Lets accept them all.

Sarcasm: Yes to most of us, but some would go along with anything.Including pedophelia.

I don’t care what sin people choose. If two gays want to live together and have a sinful relationship, that is between them and God. I just don’t want my government spending one dime ENCOURAGING them, since there is no legitimate government purpose served by a gay relationship.

The same reason I don’t want brothers and sisters to be allowed to “marry”, or to have polyamorous marriages. Neither are things the government needs to encourage, because they don’t serve a useful purpose.

Eventually Pastors will be forced by the government to perform Gay marriages because they are legal. I have no doubt that this is the road we are travelling.

"If two people of the same sex fall in love and want to marry, why would our government stand in the way?"

It's not the "government standing in their way I am afraid of Casey. It's the government FORCING the rest of us, including churches, synagogues and mosques to accept and change in order to accommodate said couples and/or whatever comes next.

All this has ever been about is that gays want their decadence to be validated and accepted as legitimate behavior. The average person has come to “feel sorry” for gay individuals and like the intellectually challenged Senator Casey, see nothing wrong from this acquiescence to depravity. Perhaps people would think differently if they knew the average age of a homosexuals first sexual encounter and the age of the boy’s partner. A decadent culture preceeds a declining country.

If it hadn’t been for gerrymandering, Casey wouldn’t be a senator according to Bill Maher.

(A Senator! ROTFLMAO. Maher, just another low information voter.)

I admit I’m sexually attracted to women. If sexual preference is the most important criteria for granting homosexuals the right to marry each other, then why can’t I have multiple wives? I mean, my first wife might complain, but wouldn’t it help the environment if I took a couple more women under my roof? What gives the government the right to refuse my natural heterosexual orientation to have as many women as I can??? I demand marriage equality for those of who want more than one!

(Yeah, I’m being sarcastic, but the point is valid I think)

I do not know what else to do, I am Catholic and the depraved are taking over. I keep asking God why He allows us to be in the grip of satan but get no answer. I don’t like it, but no one asked me

Eventually Pastors will be forced by the government to perform Gay marriages because they are legal

A Marriage license merely authorizes the ceremony. It does not compel that any recognized officiant perform the ceremony. No officiant "has" to marry anyone.

Parish politics are another matter...
