AFP - With Thermos bottles, sleeping bags and a few good books, about a dozen people lined up Friday to be among the first to attend oral arguments at the US Supreme Court on gay marriage.

Never mind that the hearings don't begin until next Tuesday. They said they were determined to have front-row seats at one of the year's most anticipated sessions of the highest court in the nation.

Just what we needed: A circus parade to lead the way toward the carnival we are making of a once-proud country.

Marriage is not a Constitutional issue and the case that was brought up to SCOTUS should be (reversed if from a lower federal court and) remanded to the appropriate state.

We know where the four Hard Leftist Justices will go becasue they're Socialists who don't care about the Constitution which is an anti-Socialist document.

We know where Scalia, Thomas, and Alito will go becasue they actually believe in up holding the text and original intent of the Constitution.

The two wild cards are Roberts and Kennedy. If either one votes for mandatory "gay: marriage, the good guys are sunk. I'm inclined to think Kennedy will vote for the gay thing becasue he seems soft/puzzled about social issues and at least based on his Casey (re: Roe v. Wade) vote seems not to mind deciding regardless if the subject is not a Constitutional matter. Roberts is a tougher call for me.

Any thoughts?

For gays 6-3[Alito, Thomas, Scalia].

Roberts and Kennedy will side with the others.

This is from a French paper.

The Frenchies are watching this.

They hate same sex marriage, and find themselves, like us, ignored by their politicians (who usurp this power), and those who are in favor of it, who think majority rules, as in mob rule and might has right:

January 13, 2013|Tom Heneghan, Religion Editor | Reuters

PARIS (Reuters) - Several hundred thousand people massed at the Eiffel Tower in Paris on Sunday to protest against President Francois Hollande’s plan to legalize gay marriage and adoption by June.

Three columns of protesters, waving pink and blue flags showing a father, mother and two children, converged on the landmark from different meeting points in Paris. Many came after long train and bus rides from the provinces.

The Court might try to finesse the issue by ruling on the narrowest grounds they can find, allowing them to strike down Prop 8 in a way that does not set a mandatory precedent for other states.

Will Roberts find marriage a tax?

Russia doesn't want it, either. Anyone pushing this crap on children in Russia gets arrested for corrupting the minds of their children.
It used to be this way in the U.S.. Perverts who corrupted the minds of the children were arrested to protect the kids. It should still be that way, because kids aren't old enough to make those kinds of deadly and life destroying decisions.
The country was so much better back then. Kids were so much safer on the streets. Russia gets a "kudos" for this one.

Evil “judges” will “side” with NO “Reason” in a law (unconstitutional) which ignores Natural Law and God’s Laws, the basis of the philosophy which is the foundation of our “Legal” system and “Rule of Law” (Higher Law than man-made up arbitrary law which is always unconstitutional.)

Scalia is always wrong on his stance that abortion can be “voted” in by a majority “mob” in the States. Science proves the fetus is alive and a human being, so by definition it has the Unalienable Rights which are our Natural Rights from God-—not from the State and no one can give that right away or steal it with “majority vote” from the babies-—no one. God is the Supreme Ruler in American jurisprudence-—His Standards-—His Laws are Universal Truths that have to be IN ALL AMERICAN LAW that is JUST LAW. Our Justice system is based on FIXED NATURAL LAWS——which unnatural evil acts of Sodomy can never be promoted in Just Laws.

I certainly never would have predicted it a few short years ago, but it looks much more likely Russia will outlast America, as they have at least taken steps of cultural self-preservation. All while the US continues its decomposing into an abject sewer.
