I had not heard that there are potential issues with legal standing in both the Prop. 8 (
Hollingsworth v. Perry) and DOMA (

and it’s supposed to snow/rain for about 18 straight hours before the hearing, from @ 5am Monday thru midnight Monday/Tuesday, with temps not to rise above mid 30s.
