So...get a gun. What's to not understand? Get a gun...learn how to use it. No big deal. Legal or not...just do it. Argue with the knuckleheads later...if necessary. At least you will be around to do it.
Warren v. District of Columbia
The 2nd Amendment arguably clarifies that citizens their own police force.
Critiques welcome.
Why should they? After all, they get paid for drawing chalk lines, stringing yellow tape, taking reports, testifying in court, putting in their shifts, and (who knows?) maybe eventually even "solving" your crime - or maybe not... probably not. They don't get paid to protect you. They aren't even required to respond to your pleas for help.
If you want protection and aren't allowed to carry or possess a gun, hire a body guard service. That's what your politicians do - except they pay for them with YOUR tax money.
Sweet deal if you can get it.
Those in Ny and other places should not move south, we should drive Fidel Cuomo and his ilk underground.
Call the Police and report your house on fire.
Response time is a lot quicker, the Fire Department doesn’t wait for backup and they don’t shoot your dog.

Yeah, and just TRY to strike up a conversation with a police officer while you’re wearing or carrying a gun.
Unless you meet him at a shooting range, or you know the cop personally, you will usually not enjoy the encounter. Cops treat armed civilians as suspects first, citizens second.
(Pardon my broad generalizations but I find police to be exceedingly rude when it comes to armed civilians, even though they need our help more than they’re willing to admit.)
Didn’t need an undercover video. I’d have told you that straight up and in fact, did
This was on Sixty Minutes, right?
