I’m hoping that Republicans are taking notice with regards to the recent sequestration non-event. The biggest weapon in the Democrat arsenal is fear, and if it’s eventually proven that fear is unfounded, people start taking notice of the “wolf crying” and stop believing elected officials.
As such, I believe it would be in the Republican’s best interests to discuss defunding of Planned Parenthood and to call the Democrat’s bluff when they say that will mean women dying on the streets. We all know that won’t be the case, because Planned Parenthood isn’t legally allowed to perform abortions anyway. The fact that they’ve been caught supporting and providing abortions indicate a legal conundrum upon which the Republicans should seize a moment for an advance.
The chinks in the Democrat armor are starting to show, and I believe an adequate assault on them with truth will be enough to shatter their glass houses and give social conservatism a well-deserved win.
It’s been asked before- and this is not an original thought of mine -
but why does the government give money to a private organization of any kind, let alone Planned Parenthood?
By that act, why not then give money to churches, YMCA, Red Cross etc?
Nothing will happen. This is the high place of worship for feminazis everywhere. democrats are in debt to them for their donations.
Planned Parenthood is receiving $540 MILION dollars this year while kids are being kept from the White House and the VA and Tricare medical services are being cut off of many many drugs, supplies and services.
$540,000,000 for something most don’t want to be involved with, much less PAY for.
