The Philadelphia media is one of the most race-adverse media outlets in the country. They do anything and everything to hide the facts of race-based assaults and killings. Such is the case in Upper Darby PA where a 12-year-old white boy, Bailey O’Neill, was jumped and beaten in school by two black kids.
Baily was rushed to the hospital, spent 2 months on life-support, and died this week.
The kids who killed him? They were suspended from school for two days.
Jesse Jackson would be proud.
Maybe - because of quotas for black discipline - they are waiting for two white kids to kill a black kid, then they can expel the black abusers and arrest them. It’s affirmative action combined with adverse impact (quota) rules…. or something. Ask 2-J’s to explain it. Or ask President Obama who implemented it in his August Executive Order.
PENNSYLVANIA – A suburban Philadelphia sixth-grader was pulled off life support Sunday, a day after his 12th birthday and almost two months since he was punched in the face in a perceived bullying attack at school.
Southeast Delco School District officials confirmed that Bailey O’Neill, who had been in the hospital in a medically induced coma, has died.
One of the two tormenters punched him so hard that he broke the boy’s nose and left him with a concussion, NBC 10 Philadelphia reported. The students who reportedly jumped O’Neill were suspended from school for two days.
“Our school community is deeply saddened by this loss,” schools Superintendent Stephen Butz said in a statement Monday. “Our condolences are with Bailey’s family and friends during this very difficult time.”
Butz said the school district is continuing to work with local authorities, who haven’t filed charges against the two students involved in the Jan. 10 altercation in the schoolyard at Darby Township School.
The case remains an “ongoing, active criminal investigation,” a spokeswoman for Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan told the Daily News.

Unfortunately, a reporter decided to show up at the home of one of the kids who killed him and ask his dad how he felt. Whoopsie – he’s black…… Shocker !

The real shocker that when the reporter showed up at the killers home, the baby-daddy was actually there.
Do you seriously believe you won't be charged with murder?
so you are purposing to charge all kids that get into a fight with attempted murder basically?
because as I have already stated, ANY fight can lead to an accidental death.
a blow to the nose at at upward angle, the base of the neck, a push that hits their head against a sharp corner, ect, ect.
well heck! someone should call the police and arrest the whole team the next time you are watching a game and the entire bench clears for a fight where in many cases one guy is getting attacked my nearly the entire opposing team, until his teamates come to the rescue.
The corollary “real shocker” was that anyone had any idea who the killer’s father actually was.
Seriously, though, the race of the killers shouldn’t be an issue,
UNLESS THE RACE OF THE VICTIM WAS an issue to the killers.

Yes, it was a kids' fight and I witnessed them as a boy. The difference is that, given his injuries, this boy in all likelihood was knocked to the ground by a punch or punches (the broken nose resulting), whereupon he was kicked repeatedly in the head. This is speculative but it is based on first-hand observation of the MO of thugs such as these. It's what they do.

An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. No matter the race, these two killers should be sentenced to prison until they are 18 and then executed. We have enough killers. We don’t need to raise more.
Actually, the lousy school that was the scene of the crime should be sued for only suspending the murderers for two days, thus endangering the other captives of that uncaring school administration.
You are confusing “a fight” with “an assault”.
Furthermore two on one is not a fight — it is an assault. It’s the way thugs fight. They never fight fair. They always gang up or sucker punch or piick on a kid who they know is not a fighter.
These are little Trayvon wannabees that the fathers are training to be thugs.
Richmond has this Crime stoppers program and the detective will come on the radio and describe the crime and you call in tips. If the "person of interest" is white they will say it, most of the time they don't mention race in the description. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT! How can you give a description without giving race?????
Well the good thing about that is that if they don’t give the race of the suspects as “white”, then you know that they are “black” — as in this case.
Without further information I can’t say whether or not race played a roll in this particular incident.
However, were the victim Black and the assailants white, race would automatically be the ONLY motivation.
This was not bullying. Bullying is a repeated series of acts of intimidation and denigration. I haven’t seen anything about that in the story. No, this was a criminal assault, by feral black kids on a defenseless white kid.
The feral kids are learning their useful life skills in a public school; skills that will be essential to the the trade they intend to practice in life.

Read the article..There was no “fight”..the child was “bullied and beaten” by several_______. The injuries sustained from the beating resulted in the child’s death.
That my friend, is MURDER.
Any white who still lives in Philly (let the Italians die by themselves in South Philly) especially West Philly are crazy. Get out now and save your life. If a black flash mob doesn’t kill you they’ll get you at school!
