MSM rules: If the story about a crime does not mention race, then the perpetrators' either black or brown. If the crime was committed by an Asian or white the MSM will without hesitation says his race. If you want to determine the race when not mentioned you have to use the name, if it is Hispanic then is brown, else black.

Richmond has this Crime stoppers program and the detective will come on the radio and describe the crime and you call in tips. If the "person of interest" is white they will say it, most of the time they don't mention race in the description. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT! How can you give a description without giving race?????

Well the good thing about that is that if they don’t give the race of the suspects as “white”, then you know that they are “black” — as in this case.
