Of course as a Donkey, he can do or say anything without any consequences — and he may even use it as a resume enhancement.

I was talking with my neighbour yesterday and he told me that morning he and his wife were having coffee. What he meant to say was, "Pass me the sugar, honey". What came out was, "You've made my life a living h***, you b****."

At a manufacturing plant I used to work in before it closed down in 2006, we had a black sanitation dept. manager who was notorious for flirting. Mel was a super nice guy, and all the women knew he was harmless.......

In the summer of 2005, the plant replaced the sanitation dept with an outside contracting company. Mel being Mel, allegedly said something to a female employee of that company and she filed a sexual harassment complaint with the HR dept. Mel was immediately suspended/terminated and placed on retirement.......Mel was about 60 years old and had approx. 35 years of service with the company.

It should be noted that my company had a zero tolerance policy when it comes to sexual harassment and Ernest Hewett would have gotten fired if he had said what he said while working for us.......

That's what I thought the first time I read it, but then I thought I was wrong. It was confusing. I'll go read the whole article as someone else suggested. Perhaps that's why I got so confused.
